The purpose of this site is to provide information about the services I provide. 

Private sessions, including coaching with Matrix Energetics and heart awareness facilitation both for healing, transformation and personal growth are available and I am gladly accepting new clients world wide. 

I have also posted some thoughts and articles and will continue to do so from time to time; my way of sharing from my heart to yours.

Change begins in the heart of an individual.  To create change in the world it must come first from you! Change is the only constant in the Universe.  Between the breaths we take we can find ourselves anew.

I have designed and created this site so you will notice it changing over time.  I am enjoying the creative process so as I grow it will  grow with me.
